~Grumpy: i'm ** yo. in Canada. WORST SERVICE EVER. Call centres, no real computer people. got $*,*** G**VW lemon. sent for repair. one month later i get unit back scratched, dirty and broken in shipment because they didn't pack it properly. i request new one. one more month i get used, dirty, badly damaged unit from USA. many hours fighting with them * months since purchase, and stuck with someone else's damaged goods. all i want is what i paid for: a new unit. long story. total approx. ***-*** hours. wasted time, frustration and expense. will never buy anything asus ever. this is very short recap. if i could afford it, i would hammer it and ship pieces to ceo. was my dream, and last computer. will never be able to afford another. had hoped to enjoy life for a while before i am homeless. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. ASUS IS TRYING TO TAKE OVER PC MARKET. DON'T LET THEM. I NEED HELP! I'M IN CANADA.
