~I DISLIKE GAS COMPANIES: They over charged my account ** times the amount, then credited my account then locked my account no I am showing up past due on my bill, and I am on autopay. When I called custome service, and this is what they explainded. I was offered an option of making a onetime payment for the "past due amount" or they would bill me on my next bill. HOW AM I PAST DUE WHEN THEY MESSED UP? HOW AM I PAST DUE WHEN I AM ON AUTOPAY.*If there were another gas company here I would most asuredly use them. THEY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD AND ARE HOLDING US HOSTAGE.
