~palomoda: Buenas tardes le comento mi caso, el ordenador me iva lento entoces el dia ** de mayo compre el avast! GrimeFighter **,** euros el cual me fue imposible instalar entoces contacte con ustedes el servicio tecnico y me dicen que tengo que contratar otro sevicio el cual compro avast! Total Support **,** euros despues de estar casi tres horas al telefono no me hicieron nada esto ocurrio el ** de mayo he seguido llamando y le dia dia * de junio despues de * horas al telefono con el sevicio tecnico me jodieron el ordenador pues ya no esque me vaya lento sino es que no me funciona el tecnico que me atendio me dijo que habia hablado con su superior y que dejaba escrito para que me devolvieran el dinero sigo intentando halablar con ustedes y todo son pasar la pelota de uno a otro y mi tema sigue sin resolver , yo solo lo que pido esque en lo mas breve posible me sean delvueltos los dos servicios quecompre el GrimeFighter **,** euros y Total Support **,** euros ya que no me han sevido de nada lo
