~Marilyn Wright: the product may be just as great as i heard it was, but if you have a customer service issue like i have run into, it really doesn't matter how good the product is. I can barely understand your employees, and each one has told me a different story about the same thing. I am simply trying to get my refund back and as of today now it has been ** days when the *st cust. svc. rep told me it would take *-* days. The next * told me it would take *-* days. The next * told me it would take *-* days just to put in a request for the refund. I have lost my patience and confidence in this company and that is so sad because i have heard a lot of good things about it. But i will never have anything good to say because of the way i have been treated. I JUST WANT MY $**.** BACK!!!!!

~Marilyn Wright: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Marilyn Wright: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marilyn Wright: For that I would say one out of five.

~Marilyn Wright: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Avast to know who you are.
