GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Belk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~GoldBars: To whom this may concern:**Belk is a wonderful store and Like the products it offers. But I have an issue about my Bill which i have called and spoken to members of management they will not help. and I have purchased an item and I have been getting billed with an over due charged, before the due date. I pay my bills on time and i have record of every check i have written. Every time i charged my card i get a due date. Now I was charged back in December of ****. which i never recieved a bill during that time. I received the bill in January and it was Payed off. This is the second time i have been through this and I have had enough dealing with Belk in general. I am at a point to get my attorney and publish this issue out on public. The supervisor that i spoken to, was ugly,not helpful and demanding me to pay the amount of ***.** this Monday or i will be charged. the due date on my bill now is March *. I closed my account and i will not shop at Belk again.

GetHuman: And what about Belk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GoldBars: For that I would say one out of five.

~GoldBars: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Belk to know who you are.
