~bob: I tried again for tech help, got through to john who tried to solve my set up issue with screencast A*. Next day I made contact again and a service tech Yuki rang me , tried everything and was helpful, but couldn't get my screencast to pick up remote TV from foxtel box . Had a good solid signal, and a great picture on * occasions, but once tv was switched off and then back on, signal was lost, and then all the resetting going through setup etc, just not as easy as it should be, so gave up after yuki had gone through it from the splitter ,without the splitter, the cables, direct from fox to transmitter, nothing solved it.

~bob: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bob: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Belkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bob: For that I would say three out of five.
