GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bell Canada customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Bankgurl: Bell used to be a great company. They would be available to answer the phone and be able to assist me with my concern. Lately all I've been doing is getting the runaround - being on hold for wait times over an hour for the last week. Or even if I can get through I'm bounced around from one department to another only to be told they can't help me and place me in the que again. When I've asked to be escalated to a Manager*Supervisor they have declined. I'm not an angry*irate person and haven't made a big fuss in the past so I don't know what the f is going on! Oh and DO NOT get a one bill account you will be shooting yourself in the foot. Oh sure the $***$** savings might sound good in the beginning but if you're late paying your bill say good bye to EVERYTHING!!!! No cable, no internet, no home phone, no cell phone - NOTHING!!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Bell Canada. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Bell Canada problem?

~Bankgurl: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Bell Canada customers?
