~Fuming Customer: My first call, after I had to search the Net to find a number, left me hanging on the line for ** minutes, then cut me off.**When I called your number, I got French-speaking person in Monetregie(sp?) region of Quebec. Was not at liberty to say what city. I was reporting a possible phising. She said Bell knew about it. I suggested Bell could protect customers by warning all by letter. She disagreed, giving a long-winded, senseless argument. Needs training in customer service.

~Fuming Customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Fuming Customer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
