~Judith Graham: Attended your big yellow dot sale Wed. at the new store in Peoria. Found a pair of shoes that I wanted very badly because I am very hard to fit. Only one clerk to help quite a few shoppers. I felt sorry for her! I wanted the other shoe because that is the foot that hard to fit. Poor woman kept saying, I'm sorry, I'll get your shoe as soon as I can. Not her fault but I walked away and you lost a sale. Same thing in blouses. Found a top I wanted, no clerk available. Waited and waited, finally went to cosmetics and asked if she could ring up my purchase. She said she wasns't suppose to but she would try. I haven't been that upset or angry in a long time. Why have a big promotion and then have no clerks to help? I live ** miles away and feel like I wasted my time and gas. It will be a long time before I visit your store again. If ever! communication? Never got to talk to a clerk!
