~Anonymous: I have had the Sansumg note * for only * months & bought the insurance that covers everything. The phone went crazy and lost it's mind. I've never seen a phine go down thst bad, and I've been getting smart phones since they came out, I expected a new Samsung Note *. When I opened the box and saw it was refurbished I could not belive it. Frome other companies while the warranty was still on it, and you had insurance on iit you got a hew phone of the same model. for that reason I would only give them two stars.
