~James: I went to the store to exchange item I bought on black Friday. Instead they told me I had to pay full price for the product and returned the item purchased on sale. I then told them I wanted the original item back. They would not and told me to call the *** * and they would get me the item I needed at the price I originally paid. This was to get me out of store. *** * only called the store and repeated what they did. When I asked for the original item again was placed on hold for over ** Minutes uninterrupted, operated came on and asked how they could help me. Returning all items I purchased. Elite status doesn't mean anything.

~James: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~James: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Best Buy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~James: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Best Buy customers?
~James: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Best Buy to know who you are.
