~Serene: I have been a ** yr customer of better homes and gardens and their lack of response, expertise, and willingness to take ownership of their problems with the digital version have made me want to never see another magazine from Meredith corporation again in my lifetime. I have been trying to get help for * months on a digital subscription that h yet to work and they refuse to give me my money back, so I have paid for services that four months into a subscription I have yet to see a magazine. Completely unacceptable. I wonder how long a company that cannot seem to play in the digital world will stay I business these days... Is it a sign of the ties for Meredith Corp? Well for me I am done with them!
