~researcher: I order a book from you through Abesbooks and there was a glitch in Abesbooks system and my order was cancelled. although it intially when through it defaulted to an older credit card not my current number. I contacted you store immediately to say I still wanted this book. I was told it would take a few days to be back on both yours Betterworld's site and Abesbooks site. You then sent me a link when the book was up and in a matter of a few days you had raised the price of this by $** almost **% of the price I was to originally pay. I continued to try to get you to honour the original price but you refused. Given the ethos on which your bookstore is built I was very surprised.Because I had also ordered several books on the Abesbooks and all the other book stores honoured the original price. You were the only bookstore not to honour our original price. I was very surprised by the unethical way you or perhaps just one of your employees conducted your business. I look forward to hearing f
