~FormerCustomer: I am regretfully writing to disclose that as a former return customer who has made a SIGNIFICANT amount of purchases with Big * will no longer provide my business. Prior to December **th of this year, I made a large ticket item purchase as a Christmas present. After standing around at the counter for quite some time as the manager pretended not to notice my presence or acknowledge he would be with me shortly, I continued waiting. *Upon several minutes, he reluctantly asked if I needed something. I expressed my interest in a product which was brought down from the above display shelf. The Product appeared taped closed, which I presumed was the products Normal packaging - IT WAS NOT! I was sold a used and broken product (by the Manager) which was repackaged and resold as new by location **** Kipling St. Weatridge, CO *****. *After Christmas, I returned to the above location and encountered not only the manager who sold the product, but "Jaimie".
