~dtomlinson: I am a very frequent customer of the Bojangles on Hwy ** in Surf City NC. I probably go there three times a week. This morning, I had to wait ten mins in the drive thru for cinnamon twist to be cooked. When the person in charge came out to give me the twists, and my three biscuits which had been sitting in the bag while waiting (they were not hot), I asked if he was in charge. He said yes, I asked if there was anything he could do to make up for my wait and he said "uhhh, I guess so" and yet offered nothing. I was shocked. I said well, I never have had to wait before, he said "sorry" and walked off. He is about * ft, *** lbs. I was amazed. I probably buy biscuits for my staff and team once a week and spend about $*** a month there. Anything you can do to make me happy? Call me at ***-***-****
