~Anonymous: Service rep could not answer our question about the use of our new dishwasher (first time we ever used it). He only referred us to repair agents in our area for help only during business hours.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Bosch's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
