~scooter: I do a great deal of shopping online, and this is the first review I've taken the time to write. Why? Because I want this to serve as a warning for anyone even considering purchasing from this company.*Back in August, **** we purchased two pendant lights from Bowerylights.com. When we finally received them long after the order, they did not match the photo provided with the part number on the bowerylights.com site. While I was attempting to resolve this issue, we received a duplicate order of the identical incorrect lights and were charged accordingly. I emailed them with no response. I called them and the incredibly rude gentleman (work out of their home?) told me they won't speak to me on the phone - I had to email my concerns. I emailed. No response. I emailed several times and were told they would credit me for the duplicate shipment and have UPS pick them up (which they did weeks later). I told them the lights were incorrect and I wanted to return them for a full refund.
