GetHuman-287822: I have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with Bright House. From day one when no one showed up to install my cable and then be called a liar by the manager, to waiting for over an hour for assistance, to seeing issues on my bill and being passed around* I've finally come in contact with a GREAT woman named Tracy who helped me immensely with billing questions and concerns. She was more genuine than a manager and solved all of my issues. Thank you Tracy for all of your help! You are the greatest asset to your company. I do not like using this provider and will soon switch but Tracy should be commended for all of her efforts.
