THEY HAVE AND CONTINUE TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A MANNER OF: " WELL, THAT'S HOW IT IS, WHERE ELSE ARE YOU GOING TO GO TO GET CABLE SERVICE?". AFTER WAITING TEN MINUTES TO TALK TO A REP TO REPORT A DEFECTIVE VIDEO RECORDER, THE REP PUT ME THROUGH ** MINUTES OF "TROUBLESHOOTING" TO VERIFY THAT THE RECORDER WAS DEFECTIVE. THEN, HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD BE * DAYS BEFORE A SERVICE TECH COULD BE SCHEDULED TO COME TO THE HOUSE, BUT HE DID LET ME KNOW AND INFORM ME THAT I COULD GO TO ONE OF THEIR OUTLETS TO EXCHANGE THE BOX. I ASKED HIM FOR THE LOCATION INFORMATION OF THE CLOSET OUTLET. AFTER WAITING * MINUTES ON HOLD, HE CAME BACK ON AND GAVE ME TWO LOCATIONS THAT I COULD CHOOSE FROM. OF THE TWO, THE CLOSET, WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTY. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS SURE THAT IT COULD BE RETURNED TO THAT LOCATION, HE SAID YES. HE SAID: "JUST TAKE THE BOX AND
