~honestcustomer: When my daughter chose a bear to be stuffed, a party of ** children, their parents and a very loud party leader started right there. The party was so loud, that all the other customers were just shell-shocked. Our experience was completely ruined. The attendant who stuffed the bear was also overwhelmed by the noise and she didn't even ask my daughter how soft she wanted her bear to be. Making your own bear could have been such a positive experience, but it was completely ruined by having the party in the same room. All the attendants ran around making sure that the party children were happy. They completely ignored us for about ** minutes. It was almost like we were second-rate customers. To be fair to the other customers, the parties should be held separately, so that other people don't end up being neglected.
