~Jean Tatum: I was directed to wrong person first time, then had to answer a dozen question foe the third time today. Then I was told to call ***-***-**** where I was told to call back later that calls could not be answered then.Customer service is awful on the phone, through the mail and with Dental Quest.I can't get any thing done. Nor can I get another problem taken care , This pertains to a reimburstment for out of pocket payment while out of town.
