~daniel p: Credo mobile used to be fine. I never had problems with them in the past. Recently, however, it's a different story. I don't know if they were bought out or something but the customer service has taken a nose dive. I'm writing this to explain my recent customer service nightmare with them.**I have been with Credo for almost ten years now. This month, because I missed a payment, they closed my account and within two days had given away my phone number and sicced a collection agency on me. I called two separate times to try to resolve the issue but was told flatly they weren't willing to help me. This treatment is frankly appalling from a company I used to like and trust.**The only apparent reason to pay the excessive rates offered by Credo is the customer service and possible 'social responsibility'. I'm guessing that with recent changes neither of those is a priority anymore. Time to make the switch.

~daniel p: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~daniel p: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CREDO Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~daniel p: For that I would say one out of five.

~daniel p: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CREDO Mobile to know who you are.
