~Refi!: When I finally got thought to a person (took me ** mins trying to get through so I contacting a local branch, spent another ** mins on the phone with them and when I finally got through to a person in Customer Service, I waited on hold for more than ** minutes and was then disconnected! In addition, the reason for my call was that my escrow shortage was not applied to my account and so my mortgage payment was increased. However, the escrow payment is listed on my statement as applied to the account. Apparently the "new escrow statement was not run". I have now been told that someone will get back to me by Friday, this being Tuesday. I NEVER had this type of trouble until my loan was sold to Caliber. Guarantee, I will be shopping for a new loan.
