~christinek1019: All the telephone numbers that are given, give hours available. I am calling during business hours but all phone numbers and I mean all phone numbers say there are no customer service representatives available. I even recorded the phone calls because I am utterly amazed. I also took screen shots of the online statuses saying that there are no chat sessions available. I am going to email the DMV as well as hopefully locate someone that monitors the DMV and post publicly.
