GetHuman-81487: Spoke to a very rude lady who was just upset at everything i asked. wanted to double check on my address on file. She told me to go to the DMV office to change it, i then request to make an appointment. When she was about to tell me my confirmation number for the appointment. I did not have a pen, asked her to wait as i grab a pen. in the few seconds of looking for a pen, she hung up on me. did not confirm my appointment at all, she just hung up. no help at all. she was extremely rude! and here i thought going to the DMV was bad, their customer support overall is just horrible
