~rainbow brite: You can get great service IF you can ever get through. I called *** times & got hung up on everytime when it says "the maximum number of callers has been reached". On call ****, I finally got a different message & I was put into a waiting queue, but at least I wasn't getting hung up on. Maybe ** minutes later my call was answered & my problem was completely resolved.If you can make it to your nearest local office, I have heard*read that wait times are much more reasonable, but my disability makes leaving the house incredibly difficult. If I could have gotten to a local office, I would have. Save yourself the hassle & go in person, or pop in a DVD & prepare yourself for crazy wait times. Before yesterday I had called **, **, even ** times. Dont give up!!
