~ohhellno: The person would not solve my problem. I have a disabled brother who is due unemployment but cannot use the EDD systems. He heeds my assistance. They will not let me engage with his account to ensure he gets his check. Is EDD ADA complaint - I bet not. I will be filing a complaint and perhaps a lawsuit.**This was and is a very crappy experience. The guy on the phone was crappy and rude and would not go off script for a situation which was not on script... It sucked *** degrees. **California is a cesspit full of *********.
