~anonymous: it was San jose , CA , EDD DI department..*I never was able to wait until someone respond. Even I was staying on the phone up to *:**PM, when EDD is closed, and no any phone message said that office is closed. Then I decided to go and see them in person. I just needed a confirmation letter from EDD about receiving DI benefits since then and now , and amount of benefit because it was requested to be given to some place. I came in and waited about * or so hours and they gave me print out which looked like numbers only (it is good that I asked them to put the stamp on that paper to make it look more official), but I believed ot can be enough to have it. Then it turned not to be a right document that have to be. Then I came a second time over there and waited about * hours or so. When my turn came on, I came to rep and said that she gave me not the right paper last time and I need such and such format. She started arguing with me that they do not give such forms*papers. She said t
