GetHuman-209542: everything they say is lies. including that I submitted the paperwork for a dispute claim too late for them to act on it, when I have a certified letter*return card showing date of receipt that proves that they received it in time. impossible one hour wait to eventually be connected to someone in Costa Rica who turned out not even to have put notes into the account record. worst customer service I have encountered in ** years of doing business by phone*internet
