~retired chick: I notified them of overseas travel plans & asked when next bill would be due. Got that info rather easily, but then was transferred to "specialist" re my PIN number. I got what I wanted in the end, but had a difficult time understanding the specialist. The good part is that Capital One does not charge any currency conversion fees! I think they may be the only one, or one of a very few.

~retired chick: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~retired chick: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One Credit Card's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~retired chick: For that I would say five out of five.
