GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-granado: It has been a week since I sold my gift card to the site and I have not received my Amazon gift card they were supposed to send me as payment for that card. I have yet to get any kind of response back from the several emails to their support team either

GetHuman-granado: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-granado: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CardPool's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-granado: For that I would say one out of five.
