~JR: When I first called I was number ** in line I was on hold for over ** min and was working my way down I was number * in line when it started putting me farther back in line. I then went to number * and then number ** before I pushed * to leave a message. How do you expect to help people when this is how you treat them. My phone number is being used for something it's not supposed to be used for on your website and I am getting sick of people contacting me about FAKE jobs.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Care.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Care.com problem?
~JR: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JR: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JR: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Care.com customers?
~JR: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care.com to know who you are.
