GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Caremark customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~cyberangel: Nobody ever does what they tell you they are going to do to solve your issue. You end up calling back time and time again having to explain everything several times and it's extremely frustrating. The reps just act like they want you off their line and will say anything to get you to hang up. I am going to stop using mail order for prescriptions and pay more at the pharmacy just because Caremark is so horrible to deal with. I've been doing it for years and refuse to battle it anymore!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Caremark problem?
~cyberangel: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cyberangel: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cyberangel: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Caremark customers?
~cyberangel: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
