~notbuyingcasioagain: I sent my husband's G-shock watch for a battery replacement ONE MONTH ago and they are still "working on it". They had some sort of "system change" so that is their excuse for being * weeks behind... Besides apologies, no real solution was offered and I am still left here waiting for the watch to be shipped back. I will seriously reconsider any future Casio purchases.
