~Chrislee502: I waited **mins on hold outside of Walmart trying to speak to a human at Certegy. After **mins some Indian woman picks up and "Im sorry sir, my system is updating, I can not help you at this time, you must call back.". Thenshe hangs up, and I have to start the process all over again! The most unreal, surreal, rude customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
