~palmbeachkidz: I have YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER from October!!!! When I call, I cannot get through to Customer Service. My billing charge is also wrong*over the amount it should be!), and when I tried to talk to billing, they told me they could not help me and kept switching me back to Customer Servic*e. I have shopped with them for over ** years and never has it been this bad. I am done!!!! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB, etc. I want my money back!
