~Nicolson: I ordered two items of clothing before Thanksgiving. I have heard nothing from Chadwick's about the status of my order. I tried to call customer service, but I was put on terminal hold several times. Your service is obnoxious and without doubt the worse shopping experience I have had in decades. Your site is slow. I have been waiting an hour to talk to someone. It is unlikely I will ever order from chadwicks again I will take my business elsewhere. This is unfortunate as I have been a customer for ** years. Respectfully, Dr. Nancy Nicolson It is a waste of time to say how long I waited for a response. I got none after hours.
