~Ripped Off: I returned two orders and both were never credited back to my account. I called and was told it took several billing cycles to appear on my statement. Now * months later they are taking new orders but have no functional customer service only lies. They recently filed for bankruptcy. Looks like the thieves will take down more customers! I have pitched this story to the news in hopes of preventing more victims.
