~need better service: Stay away from this service if possible, go with another service. Im a new subscriber and have had the service for about ** days (Im stuck with them because my building does not get any other service but Charter) and have been on the phone with customer service at least *-* times with no resolution. Service is terrible, they cannot get my bill right. It is absolutely the worst company to deal with*STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
