~T: Paid off my van in Cash at the teller with banker present requested my title to be sent overnight to the bank, ( I've had a out of state buyer flying in to pick up the vehicle. They did all the paperwork while I waited with the banker and promissed the title would be here next day. Following day they called me and said they will provide me with a copy of a title . Title was mailed to my house by regular mail.Idiots -unacceptable, who will pay for my out of state buyer ticket , hotel and whatever expenses ??? Total incompetence!!! All they have to tell me , You get the title in a week or so , so I could inform my out of state buyer before he boarded up a plane. Again I'm freeking up , what will I tell my buyer ??? Incompetence !!! Please note this has nothing to do with my banker (*******) who did everything possible she could to help me.
