GetHuman-357633: Used your advice of hitting the * key at each response so I got through pretty quickly. My question to them was if I make an online payment on my due date that falls on a Sunday, does it credit that day or not until Monday - of course, the answer was Monday. But, I had to call to find out because this isn't posted on the website. I'm sure it's their way of collecting more late fees from unsuspecting customers!!
