~Now I'm DEBT FREE!!!: Called to permanently stop mortgage autopay.Initial phone rep was very polite, easy to understand and quickly researched how autopay was setup(web or phone).Because setup was by phone, I had to be transferred to another dept, but the first rep gave me the direct phone number in case I got cut off. Transfer took less than a minute. Next phone rep was a bit hard to understand at first due to a soft voice, but asked the right questions to understand exactly what I needed and was able to complete my request. Thank you gethuman.com.
