~Joann Ruiz: I order online, I went to pick-up my order & I had to wait for ** minutes. Customers were very angry. There were * lines. The people that order online, their food was not ready & they had to wait as long or longer than the people that were ordering at the location. Employees were unable to manage the situation. It didn't help that the utensils and napkin were not available went needed. After all the trouble & waiting, I go back to work to have my lunch & my order was not according to my specification. One order was missing the guacamole & corn, the *nd order was missing the rice & the salsa was not mild.
