GetHuman-16427: When I called and waited for an operator the first time it just went back to the menu and then eventually hung up. After the second try I was connected. I was calling regarding a complaint, and was told the best way to contact corporate is through the company website. They have a link "talk to us" that enables you to send an email, and they should respond within the same day.
