GetHuman-ioannes: Tonight I ordered a chorizo bowl from the Chipotle at **** St Paul St (Baltimore, MD) using the Chipotle app. I picked up the bowl and went home (** minutes), only to find that they didn't put any chorizo in the bowl. I returned to the store (another ** minutes), hoping to get a new bowl and*or a refund. I received neither. I asked for chorizo. They said they didn't have any prepared, so they asked me to wait ** minutes. I said that I'd just take a chicken bowl instead. So they put a scoop of chicken in a side cup and said "Sorry about that." No refund was offered. Nor did they refund me for the price difference between a chorizo and chicken bowl. I went home (** minutes) and ate the bowl. After sitting for an hour, it was pretty dreadful. **I can deal with Chipotle's legacy of tainted food, the habitually long lines at this store (commonly of **-** people * ** minute wait), and the maddening **-cent price increases foisted upon the customer. But this incident has made me never want to return to Chipotle again.
