~shooterkc: I purchased two items from this company one I didn't intend to purchase so I emailed them immediately explaining that I wanted one, but not the other. The rep screwed it up and kept the one I didn't want (the more expensive item) and discarded the one I did. I followed up a few hours later only to be told they couldn't do anything about it and that I could ship it back for a refund later and then wait ** days for my money back...very disappointing. They offered no free shipping on the order I actually wanted and I've decided not to waste my time ordering from them again. Very poor customer service.

GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~shooterkc: For that I would say two out of five.
