~West Sider: I have been a subscriber of the Cincinnati Enquirer for more than ** years. They recently raised their delivery costs by **% for a daily paper. Over the past ten years, I did not receive a paper about once a year. On each occasion, I phoned their hotline and received a paper within an hour or two. In the past five months, I have not received a paper a dozen times. And now when I call to report the problem, their customer service rep informs me that they will not deliver my paper until the next day. How is this helpful? Are they trying to discourage their customers from continuing to subscribe? CF
