We paid for our taxes at closing, then after * months, our mortgage increased $****month because our cashiers check apparently never was deposited and no one seems to know where that $**** is. I have the receipt for the cashier's check, but CitiMortgage has given me the run around now for weeks. I am contacting the BBB. If you go with this company, keep control of your escrow.
