~anonymous: The automated system has no option for someone who doesn't already have an account with CitiBank (ie. a potential client). After sitting through menus and pressing zero each time, I was transfered to a line that had nothing but a loud whistle noise for two minutes, whereupon I was disconnected.

~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
