GetHuman-145171: Terribly unhelpful. Have been in the process of verifying information for PTC rebate. Fist, the application doesn't state that a child must fill out if they're the ones disabled (which is what the rep stated) Second, I have submitted twice to Dept upon receipt of a letter stating that a specific form was needed to verify disability (again,not stated in the application). The representative stated I should have followed the instructions on the letter (which I did * months ago, but the office denied to give the resubmitted app proof of receipt). Of course, they did not have record of the resubmitted paperwork. Terrible customer service, terrible problem solving. Proof that there are both institutional incentives to prevent citizens for due recourse and simple lack of accountability.
